Who operates the store?

The Keramrutham online store is the trade name of a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Keramrutham, whose principal place of business is at Mangudiyan, Thirumudikkunnu P.O., Koratty East, Thrissur 680308, Keralam, India.. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the proprietor doing business as Keramrutham. These terms apply when you browse the store, create an account, or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must provide accurate account, email, address, and delivery information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for activity carried out through it. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Customer accounts require email verification. A delivery phone number must be verified when required for billing or address confirmation. We may restrict access where needed to protect customers, the store, or the security of the service.

Products, prices, and availability

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Product images may look slightly different on different screens. Variant details, price, availability, and return eligibility are shown on the product page.

Product prices are shown in the displayed currency and include applicable GST where indicated. Shipping charges are shown separately, and the full payable amount is shown before you submit payment. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error; if it affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. Availability can change until payment is confirmed and the order is created.

Orders and payment

Your order is created after the payment is confirmed as captured. A payment attempt or an item in your cart is not, by itself, an accepted order. If payment confirmation or stock needs review, we will update you and resolve the order, including returning captured payment when an order cannot be fulfilled.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay and its supported payment methods. We do not store full card numbers, card security codes, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords. Payment authorization and processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms and your bank’s rules.

Delivery

We offer delivery to Indian addresses that our courier can serve. The shipping charge, if any, is shown before you submit payment. Delivery estimates, when provided, are indicative and may change because of courier operations, weather, access restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete address and an accessible, verified phone number. You can view order status from Your Orders. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if a product is not delivered as agreed or is otherwise covered by a remedy under applicable law.

Cancellation requests

You can request cancellation from your order page while the order is still being processed and before a carrier shipment has been created. A request is reviewed by our team; submitting it does not automatically cancel the order. We will show the decision and status on your order page and send an email update.

If a cancellation is approved, we will update the order and arrange any applicable refund. Once a carrier shipment has been created or the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available through the order page. You may still contact us about an issue or use the return process when eligible.

Returns and refunds

For products marked returnable, you may request a return from your order page after delivery, within 1 days of the delivery date. The return option and eligible quantity are shown for each order item. Return requests are reviewed, and we will provide instructions before you send an item back. Return shipping: We cover return shipping for incorrect, damaged, or defective products. Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind or customer-order-error returns, and applicable charges may be deducted from the refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full conditions.

If an item is defective, incorrect, damaged, spurious, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly even if the product page says it is not ordinarily returnable. Nothing in these terms limits consumer remedies that apply under law.

Where a return or cancellation is accepted, any refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider processes. We will provide a status update; the time for funds to appear can depend on the payment provider and your bank.

Acceptable use and store content

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to disrupt the service. Product names, photographs, copy, logos, and other store content belong to Keramrutham or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission, except where the law allows.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the store or applicable requirements change. The current version and its revision date will be published on this page. Changes do not remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded under law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction and remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Customer care and grievances

We will acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer e-commerce requirements. You can also reach us from the Contact Us section.
